Ordering
All orders are an offer to buy. We confirm acceptance by email once your payment has cleared and we have prepared your piece. Until then, we reserve the right to decline an order — for example if an item is no longer available, if there is an obvious pricing error, or if we cannot verify the payment.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We accept the payment methods listed at checkout. Payment is processed securely by our partner; we do not store card details on our servers.
Shipping
We ship across the UAE. Estimated delivery and any shipping fees are shown at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs (for international orders), or events beyond our control.
Returns and exchanges
Please see our Return Policy for the full terms. In short: returns within 3 days of receipt, original condition, with proof of purchase.
Pieces, photographs, and intellectual property
Every design, photograph, illustration, and word on this site belongs to twopieces.ae. You are welcome to share images of our pieces on your own social channels with credit; please do not republish our editorial photography or copy our designs for commercial use.
Your account
If you create an account, keep your password to yourself — you are responsible for activity under your login. Tell us right away if you suspect anything unusual.
Our limits
We do our best to keep the site accurate and online, but we cannot promise it will be free of every error or available at every moment. To the extent allowed by UAE law, our liability is limited to the value of the piece you ordered.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute will be settled in the courts of Dubai.
