We design every piece to last. If something is not right when it reaches you, here is how we will make it right.
Exchanges
You can exchange a piece within 3 days of receipt, provided it is:
- In its original condition
- Unworn and unwashed
- Returned with the invoice or proof of purchase
Delivery charges for an exchange are paid by the customer.
Returns
You can return a piece within 3 days of receipt in either of the following cases:
- The piece has a manufacturing defect
- You received a different piece than the one you ordered
The piece must reach us in the same original condition.
How to start a return or exchange
Email Info@twopieces.ae or message us at +971 50 718 7419 with your order number, and we will guide you through the next steps within 24 hours.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected the returned piece, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع
نحن حريصون على رضا عملائنا، لذلك نوفر إمكانية الاستبدال والاسترجاع وفق الشروط التالية:
الاستبدال
- يمكن استبدال المنتج خلال 3 أيام من تاريخ الاستلام
- يجب أن يكون المنتج بحالته الأصلية
- غير مستخدم أو مغسول
- مع وجود الفاتورة أو إثبات الشراء
- يتحمل العميل رسوم التوصيل الخاصة بعملية الاستبدال
الاسترجاع
- يمكن استرجاع المنتج خلال 3 أيام من تاريخ الاستلام
- يتم الاسترجاع فقط في الحالات التالية: وجود عيب في المنتج، أو استلام منتج مختلف عن الطلب
- يجب أن يكون المنتج بنفس حالته الأصلية
